Wow! Shelby calmly explained the process of permanent Eyebrows in advance and walked me through every step of the way when I came in. Her 3-step topical anesthetic technique was spot on, it was actually painless. I worried for weeks about having my eyebrows done and it was absolutely wasted time. Shelby truly knows her business and it's obvious it is her passion. I went in for Plasma Skin Tightening, those horrid smoker lines above my upper lip and I don't even smoke. It's only been 2 days and I'm still in the mustache looking phase but I can tell I'm going to be pleased with the results. No lotion, potion or cream was going to help this. I didn't want fillers just wanted to be me....refreshed. I'll do an update in a few weeks. Thank you Shelby... for everything!! I'll be back
